Skimming Duckweed Video

This video of the ProSkimmer System removing duckweed was shot on a day after a heavy rainstorm near the end of the removal of a large volume of duckweed. The previous night’s rain and the then-current and fluctuating breezy conditions had dispersed the remaining duckweed on the pond into scattered clumps. Yet the System still pulls it in. Watch as the large clumps are pulled to the System and ingested, even from far away. This video was shot on a pond near a highway, which produced the background noises evident on the video. At this distance, the System itself is almost completely silent.
